The Monterey Symphony will host its 5th Annual Women's Night Out in Studio 105 downstairs in Sunset Center at San Carlos and Ninth March 18, with a party from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and a concert from 7:30 onward.

This year's theme is "a mystical evening of Bohemian Rhapsody," with an appropriate vibe and musical guests OrchidSaloon — Glenn Bell and Chelsea Riddle of The BASSment. Pour Girl bartenders have crafted signature cocktails for the evening, which will no doubt involve decadent decorations and all sorts of fun, if past years are any indication. A roaming fashion show will be hosted by Johnny Was, with additional surprises in store.

"Although we are raising a glass to women, all are welcome," according to the symphony.

Led by music director Jayce Ogren, the evening's concert, "Eternal," will feature works by Valerie Coleman, Peter Lieberson and Brahms.
