Contact the Monterey Symphony for questions, ticket sale, and donations. Our administrative office is open year-round and is closed on weekends as well as Federal holidays. We have additional on-site Box Office hours on concert days at our venues for walk up tickets and general ticketing support.

Driving Instructions to the Office:
From Highway 1 - take Ocean Avenue west to San Carlos Street. Turn left at San Carlos St. go one block. Hampton Court is on the SW corner of 7th and San Carlos. We are located upstairs in Suite 7.
Box Office
The MSO Box Office is located in the Sunset Center lobby and is available ONLY during concert weekends.
If you need assistance before the concert weekend, visit or call the Administrative office.
MSO Box Office will open 1 ½ hours prior to the performance start time.
Concert Saturdays Box Office opens at 6:00 p.m.
Concert Sundays Box Office opens at 1:30 p.m.
Driving Instructions to the Concert Weekend Box Office:
From Hwy 1 to Sunset Center Main Entrance (San Carlos Street between Eighth and Tenth Avenues)
From Highway 1 - take Ocean Avenue west to San Carlos Street. Turn left on San Carlos Street and go three blocks. Just past Ninth Avenue, turn left and enter the San Carlos Street parking lot in front of the Theater. This lot is reserved for Monterey Symphony ticket holders for Saturday concerts from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Sunday concerts from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
