Welcome to our 67th Season…a season that arrives with both a sense of remarkable celebration and fond remembrance. Our Season of Piano celebrates the instrument itself, a technical marvel that expanded the boundaries of musical composition and performance two hundred and fifty years ago and every day since. The piano’s remarkable flexibility is what sets it apart from so many other instruments heard in and with an orchestra. We invite you to come and hear YOUR ORCHESTRA perform GREAT MUSIC, LIVE!
Steinbeck Institute for Arts and Culture at Sherwood Hall, Salinas
Fridays at 7:30 pm ($20 – All seats General Admission)
Sunset Center, Carmel
Saturdays at 8 pm ($28-$78)
Sundays at 3 pm ($28-$78)
Pre-Concert Lecture Series
All concerts will feature a pre-concert lecture, free of charge, one hour before the performance. These lectures, provided by Dr.
Todd Samra, offer intriguing facts and historical context about the composers and the pieces to be performed, which greatly enhance the concert-going experience.
