These short masterworks capture the essence of this quote with colors of Czech, French, Hungarian/German and Romanian song. Music Director and Conductor Max Bragado-Darman, will present Smetana’s “Ma Vlast,” Nos.2, 3, Faure’s Dolly Suite, Kodaly’s Dances of Marosszek, Enescu’s Romanian Rhapsody, No. 1.
Guest Conductor, David Zaches, will begin the concert by presenting Tchaikovsky’s Hungarian Dance and Spanish Dance from Swan Lake.
