SYMPHONY BROADCAST ON KUSP 88.9  May's Performance of Concert VII Sunday, June 15, 11:00 a.m. - Robert Wayne Padgett's Fanfare for the Eagles; Debussy's Nocturnes featuring the female voices of the Monterey Symphony Chorus, and Mahler's First Symphony, all conducted by music director Max Bragado-Darman

A GRAND EVENING

Saturday, August 16, 2008, 6:00 p.m. On Stage at Carmel's historic Sunset Theater.

The Monterey Symphony proudly recognizes Margaret Anderson Radunich and Judy C. Field for their donation to the orchestra of a Hamburg Concert Grand Piano. A Grand Evening will be the first opportunity for the public to hear this new piano performed by the internationally acclaimed Irish pianist John O'Conor. The evening begins with a VIP cocktail reception in the Promenade, a recital program, and dinner on Stage afterwards . The cost is $1,000 per person.
