 Tina
MinnViolin Tina has studied at the Eastman School of Music as a George Eastman Merit Scholar and at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where she received her Bachelor of Art Degree in Violin Performance. In 1997, Tina won the Monterey Symphony audition and became a regular member of our orchestra. She also performs in Symphony Silicon Valley Summer, the Adriatic Chamber Music Festival in Italy, Bear Valley Summer Music Festival, the Music Academy of the West, and others. Tina has also worked in Uganda and around the San Francisco Bay in music and literacy programs. Tina maintains a private teaching studio and is the violin section coach at the San Jose Youth Symphony. This past April, Tina coordinated and performed in the Korean Heritage Concerts as part of the Monterey Symphony’s About Town series. Return to the Roster |
