Violinist Natasha Makhijani holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music (SFCM) and a Master of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music. Her principal teachers include Catherine Stewart, Bettina Mussumeli and Zvi Zeitlin. She has served as concertmaster and assistant concertmaster of orchestras at SFCM, Eastman, Eastern Music Festival, Las Vegas Music Festival, and most recently as assistant concertmaster and soloist with the National Repertory Orchestra. She is currently a member of the Picasso String Quartet and a violin teacher at the Canon School of Music. Natasha has been a member of the Monterey Symphony Orchestra since February, 2009.
