Pre-Concert Lectures
All ticket holders are welcome at the Pre-Concert Lectures which take place one hour prior to the start of each performance. They are presented by Dr. Jean Widaman, a musicologist whose insightful comments and humorous anecdotes have helped build a large and loyal following.

Large Print Format Program Notes
All subscribers may receive the concert program notes approximately two weeks prior to each performance. As the concert halls are dark and the program note text rather small, we are happy to send you at no charge a large print version in advance of the concerts.

Rush Tickets
In order to fill every seat in the concert hall, the Monterey Symphony will sell any and all remaining tickets to the Sunset Center performances at $20. Tickets are available fifteen minutes prior to start of each concert. These tickets may be purchased by members of the Carmel Foundation and students at the following institutions: Naval Postgraduate School, Defense Language Institute, Monterey Institute of International Study, Monterey Peninsula College, and California State University, Monterey Bay.
